Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, or next business day. Once orders leave, they are in the hands of Sendle or Australia Post for delivery.
We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
Delivery Address
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure their delivery address is correct.
Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or re-delivery fees.
Coral Reef Candles accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable period of time and/or Coral Reef Candles acted reasonably when delivering the goods.
Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.
If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for shipping. Alternatively, we can ship your order to your correct address. The shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping your order.
Customer Obligations
Customers must supply Coral Reef Candles with a valid contact email.
Coral Reef Candles accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.
